LimeWire Connections?

Okay so Ive had lime wiree for about like 3 years now but nowevery oncee in a while itl say it has only one bar so i cant get anything then after an hour or 2 it finallyy has full connection

ive checked firewall anevery thingsgs fine with that

any help on how to get full connection automaticly?
