LimeWire isn't connecting?

Ok, so I'm trying to get Lime Wire up. I've deleted and reinstalled in a few times now, but everytime I try to open it, it gives me this message.

"LimeWire was unable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a firewall program blocking LimeWires access to the internet or loopback connections on the local machine. Please allow LimeWire to access the internet and restart LimeWire."

Now I've taken Firewall off, but I've heard that McAfee might be also holding it back. Do I delete ALL of McAfee, or how to I turn it off via "My Computer"

Also, could your answer be as simple as possible.
