Limewire firewall. Feel like banding my head on that brick wall icon.:P?

I am trying to use limewire. It shows my firewall is up. My anti virus software has limewire firewall disconnected. Everything I check shows no firewall except the limewire itself. I uninstalled it and downloaded again- that brick wall icon is sill up. Any help is appreciated. Thank you much :) ps tech geeks rule!
