Limewires not working??

Question

It says it has to connect to the internet but i am and my internet is working fine. I then search something and its taking ages for the songs to come up and they dont come up. After i press search it always says : Limewire is currently connecting to the internet?

Help Please!

Forget Limewire.  Download FrostWire. Its faster and much better.

it does this all the time, i think it means that lime wire has lost the connection not you, i just used to log out of lime wire for  a couple of hours then go back to it

Limewire is not worth using now, its full of viruses. Use torrents or U tube

DON'T USE LIME-WIRE it gave my computer a virus and i couldn't fix it for about 9months! Make sure that you don't take firewall off because that increases the risk. if you want to download music for free try something else.

limewire will only give you a virus, nobody uses it anymore.

Theres torrents to go though now but either way, downloading music and programs using these programs is against the law and they are really starting to crack down on it all now.

Don't turn off your firewall, thats a highly risky move...

disable your firewall becuase its blocking it form connecting to the internet

search on google how to block the firewall then try

if it then work that woohoo

disable the firewall if it does not work uninstall and then reinstall limewire

use slobspalace instead just install the download helper then use the music and radio link, find song click icon, thats it , no file sharing no viruses and still free.

This happened to me too. All I did was wait until it says it is connected. It may it some time though. Just do something on the computer while waiting.
