  1. The answer is 0/0, so you must use L'Hopital's Rule

    Your differentiate the top line and you differentiate the bottom line and apply the limit again.

  2. the answer comes out to be 0/0, which is underfined. You can use L'hopital rule to solve it further, but I kinda forgot it :P
