Question:

Limited amount of space?

i am trying to lost more weight than i have before september 3rd, the first day of school.

not a lot of time to work with, but i've slimmed down a bit, so it's all good!

anyway - i would normally be working out in my basement, with the bicycle, treadmill, etc, but we are having our basement waterproofed currently, so they have moved everything from our storage room out, and you honestly cannot even walk down there! (and this job wont be completed until the 10th of september! unbelievable.)

anyway, besides like crunches, leg lifts, torso twists, etc, what are good exercises to do in a VERY small space? it's probably about the space of a small hallway. but very empty.

i REALLY need good ab exercises since i'm trying to lose weight off my stomach .. and i barely have any ideas of things i could do (not run outside, please don't suggest that, i will be doing that too) for my abs because all of this crunches and stuff isnt working!

ahhhh .. ideas?!
