I've got people coming over later tonight and I bought 2 cases of beer (48 bottles total). I only have room in the fridge for about half that and I have 6 different kinds. Should I put just 2 or 3 kinds in or a few of each? Here's what I've got

"Beers of Mexico"

6 Dos Equis Amber

6 Dos Equis Lager

6 Tecate

6 Sol

"Kona Brewing Co."

12 Longboard Lager

12 Fire Rock Pale Ale

What should my break down be? All of the Dos Equis and all Fire Rock? 4 of each? Is variety better or continuity. I've got grilled mahi mahi for dinner.

  1. Who says you need a refridgerator, if you are giving away free beer, I would drink it warm, or I would bring  one of my coolers with ice to put the leftovers in.  That means more for me. Oh, believe me, I would make room. Lol!

  2. Chill the Mexican beers first.  As you get room, work in the others.  Pale ale doesn't have to be as cold to be enjoyed.

  3. "Kona Brewing Co."

    12 Longboard Lager

    12 Fire Rock Pale Ale

I would put those two in. Personally, I think less variety is better since you can only have about 24.

  4. I prefer my beer cold, no matter what kind.

I usually am diplomatic and put in an even amount of each.

This sounds aweful, but which is your favorite and put less of that in so that it is what is left over for later.
