So I have Qwest Broadband and I have wireless,

but yesterday morning my laptop notified me saying I have "limited connectivity" and I couldn't get anywhere online.

I reset my modem and it all worked but it happened again and now it won't work at all, I'm connected through a phone cable right now,

But I NEED wireless back,

what do I do to fix this?

  1. Try downloading and installing the most current driver for your wireless card from the manufacturer's website. See if that remedies the problem?

EDIT: Have you tried connecting a ethernet/network cable to your modem and computer and seeing if you can connect to the internet?

  2. Sounds like you need to call them up.

  3. That Message Limited or no connectivity  clearly indicates that you are not at all connected to ISP

Just check with your wireless modem light indications and see that DSL indicator is on if not glowing that means your modem is faulty or not connected to ISP. If it is glowing then you have to do re-configuration of the modem, or ask customer care for the assistance they will guide you through land line
