Limiting max volume on a Philips TV ??

Question

Hi,

I need to make a limitation for the maximum volume on my TV. This means that how much you ever try to go louder with the buttons both on the remot and TV, the volume needs to stop on a preset value. Is this possible ??

I've heard about a "hidden" menue or something where this is possible.
