Limo service problem?

my group and i have been trying to find a limo service place but the only place that is in our price range is http://www.serpentinelimo.com/index.html

however, they don't have a location and they do the transactions over the phone with credit card. has anyone ever been through this procedure in renting a limo through the phone and how did it work out? and does anyone know if this place is legit?

Hi,

it's legit to make a transaction over the phone that's how all limo companies do it. then when they pick you up you sign on a credit card receipt to authorize the charges.

I don't know about this particular limo company though, but you can always call the bank and reverse the transaction if the limo didn't pick you and you didn't sign any contracts.
