Limp hair help please...? ?

i have really limp hair that won't hold any hairstyle whatsoever. not even a ponytail. is there any styling products that help hair hold a style but don't make it really stiff (not hairspray). thanks x

i like Dove products because they are very light & dont weigh down hair. try to also buy shampoo & conditioner that restores & strenghtens hair. do you color your hair alot??

also, start to once a week, use a hair mask or hot oil treatment to start repairing your hair. limp hair is usually not healthy hair. but if you have fine hair then start using volumizing products.
