  1. Oh no :(.  I hope it's not what my Puggy has!!  I can't remember the name of what he has or if there was even a name but my dogs muscle is being eaten away and he has barely any muscles on his right hip and he limps all of the time.  What's happening to my Pug is that there is something eating away at the muscle and the bone connecting to the hip isn't grinding together causing the bone to be brittle and break apart.  Then what happens is, the muscle starts to grow but then gets eaten at again.  I can't really totally explain it to you but it sounds like that is what your Pug could have.  I have to give him surgery and it's going to cost about $600-$800 for his surgery and they say it'll be a complete success.  I hope so because I love my baby and wouldn't want anything to happen to him.  I just hope that this isn't what your Pug has.  Maybe you can inform me as to what is wrong with your Pug once you get a diagnoses?  beccapeters27@yahoo.com or on msger.
