Line across paper from Canon iR2016 copier

There is a line across the paper on copies from this 2016. I have just changed the toner (the line was appearing before this) and the user manual tells me to clean the fuser roller. I don't know how to do this and don't have the Reference Guide CDrom. might it be something else ?Can anyone help please?!
