  1. Your bedroom and the kitchen are both, generally, interesting pictures, and very straightforward to do.  As for how you do it, there are so many tutorials out there with pictures I'm not sure I should go into that.

Sit down with your sketchbook, look straight ahead of you, and see if you can work out a vanishing point, by extending lines you see with the edge of your pencil or pen.  Then block in the surface in front of the vanishing point (draw it lightly, without details).  Once you have this, draw in the lines which go to the vanishing point.  Usually by starting inward and going outward.  Again, start by drawing lightly.  As soon as you have the space blocked out you can settle down to work on texture and value.  It's easier to get the final contours of your picture as you work on it, which is why when you start you shouldn't draw too heavily.  A room or environment doesn't squirm or move around as much as a person or animal does, and so should be a good model.  I've linked to two perspective tutorials in sources.

  2. Is this one-point perspective? If so, an easy and fun subject is a railway line going from the middle bottom of the page to a vanishing point on the horizon. The ties get closer together as they recede, helping with the illusion of depth. You can add electricity poles at diminishing intervals, or trees as well. Draw the pole in the foreground, then a guideline to the vanishing point from the top and bottom of the pole. You can then place the rest of the poles along these guidelines so they will march back evenly to the horizon.
