Lines running through pictures....exactly the

lines running through pictures....exactly the same place in each picture. Printer a month or so old. Pictures were great at first and then lines ran through pictures exactly the same place in each picture....cleaned the heads and finally changed all ink cartridges. Again pictures were great for a few pictures and again a thin line runs through pictures now. Very disappointed with printer....HP printer was better till it died. Was told by salesman that this would be a great printer for my needs and haven't been able to do anything with it. Went back to store and salesman had no idea what was wrong, told me to Google for this problem. I think it is an insult to be told this, when I just gave them the money.....any suggestions??????
