  1. Linglong's are fine, but you get what you pay for. They are cheaper than the Sumitomos or Toyos or Firestones or  Goodyears and other name brands that I get for my buses by a LOT. Seen them as low as $275-300 if you buy at quantity of like a dozen or so. However, they seem to wear out faster than my Goodyears or Firestones, if I keep the shocks and pressure well maintained. Most Toyos or Firestones are in the 400-500 range. (remember, bus-sized tires cost a lot).

If you rarely drive your RV then I doubt you'll really notice the shorter tread life.

Another brand you want to look into is Hercules. They are also made in China, but seem to have a few more dealers.

  2. I've never heard of that brand either, but it sounds like the previous owner went with the cheapest tire he could find.  All I can find on the Internet is they are truck tires, made in China.

I can't say anything bad about the brand, but if it were me, I would be looking for a better known quality (safer) tire, like Michelin or Goodyear.

  3. I didn't find anything on them in the recall of Chinese tires from a few months ago.  Even still I had a Chinese tire disintegrate on my van that was not on the list.  They claim to be high quality.  But I would agree,

It would be best to plan on getting a new set if you see any sign of problems with these.

No vehicle is fun to have a blowout on, an RV is no exception.
