Link pins keep falling out on Ceramic Watch

Question

Got my jeweler to remove two links from a new Ceramic Swiss Legend Watch I got for Xmas....I put it on and only an hour later the link pin worked it's way out and I almost lost the watch. They tried again, this time it worked for about 1/2 a day and same thing - came off in my sleeve while riding the motorcycle! Any thoughts?
