Links and books about psychometry?

Question

Can anyone recommend any really good links and books on psychometry - what it is and how to develop it?

(Yes, I could just Google it, but seeing as how I know next to nothing about it, I don't really know which links are good information and which are nonsense! )

Welcome to the world of the unseen!

As I seem to have this ability myself, it makes life a little more interesting.

Books ? maybe I should read one, but I think sometimes people can put you off if they suggest a diferent method. I feel drawn to the past as well - that's why I do medieval re-enactment I think.
