Linksys Router Trouble shooting

Question

Hi all,

I recently setup a secured wireless network using a Linksys router with no trouble. But when I search for wireless networks on my laptop both the secured network I setup shows up along with the default unsecured network. How do I stop the unsecured network (named "Linksys") from broadcasting?

allways have a uniqe SSID so you know who you are connected to, easy to remember is www.maybenow.com
