Linksys wireless router problem!!?

Question

im trying to connect my computer broadband internet to my wii. i go to system acess point i see my username then type in my password key but after that it says unable to connect and ive tryed over 20 times!?!? what do i do ??

Make sure your password is correct.

Nintendo recommends using the Wireless channel 1 or 11 to prevent what they refer to as "overlap."

I had the exact same problem when I installed my WII; changed the wireless channel to 11 and the problem was fixed instantly.

To change the wireless channel log into the admin website for your access point and change it from there.

Also make sure you're using WPA instead of WEP. The pass codes for WPA don't have the same limitations as WEP and it's much better security.
