Lint problem!!?

how do i keep it from being all over without cleaning it daily? that is pretty much all i'm wondering

  1. Hi ........don't totally understand your question........but your machine should be vented to the outside and well clamped on the machine and wall stub-out.........good luck. Check flapper on vent to be sure it opens and closes when dryer is on.   Nite


  2. Use a pair of old pantyhose over the opening.  Clean it out every week or so.

  3. My dryer has a lint trap on top, too. I just take the dryer sheet and wipe down any lint that gets on the machine.  Using the dryer sheet to clean/wipe down the screen filter itself helps, too.  It keeps the lint from flying everywhere.

  4. I know exactly what you mean and I think that is unfortunately going to a problem. It is going to float lint everywhere when you pull it out. The only solution to make it easier on you would be to cover the area where it mostly lands with a newspaper, or butcher paper, something cheap and disposable or towels you could easily take outside and shake. That's all I can think of, but that type of filter lets of lint really bad when you pull them out.
