& ask if they have any reviews & knowledge of this company.

2ndly, I would contact your local Better Business Bureau.

3rdly Ask the builder for references (other buyers, etc)

4thly Go to your local courthouse & (for free or a nominal fee) have their name searched through the data bases for the civil & small claims court.

Get the specs of the cases ---all cases are public.

Find out what issues were involved & how the cases were resolved.

Contact the owners who filed the suits & ask if they would recommend the builder.

Never heard of them, so I would say don't buy from them.

I know Heathwood, Daniels and Caschet are good.  Their customer service is exceptional as well from personal experience.
