The forward has drawn comparisons between the playing style in his native country and his club, asserting that there is a massive difference.

"Here [at Barcelona] we work in a different way with the ball and the tactical system. I came from Argentina where we did not do anything like that, everything was about running and not much else,” the 25-year-old was quoted as saying by reporters.
"My playing style has always been the same. I have never looked for it, but it has been like that since I was small. One thing for sure is that I learned a lot in youth football. I was lucky that Tito Vilanova came to Barca. From that moment on, I came to
play and my career changed at Barca's youth teams."

It is safe to say that La Azulgrana had made the right decision when they decided to bring the Argentine to Nou Camp as he has proven to be among one of the greatest players to ever wear the red and blue of Barcelona.
