Lionel Messi included in the Barcelona squad visiting Osasuna

There were concerns regarding Lionel Messi’s absence from the training camp after he took a knock during the el Clasico as the Spanish full back Sergio Ramos roughly tackled the Argentinean. Lionel Messi was having an extraordinary game in the Nou Camp as
the Catalan giants were busy destroying Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid and Josep Guardiola’s side totally outplayed the Los Blancos in their 5-0 home win.
Right when the match was about to end, it was Lionel Messi who suffered a ferocious tackle from Sergio Ramos and found himself injured as Ramos received a red card for his actions. The very next day, Lionel Messi was not seen along with the rest of the squad
who were training normally, while the Argentinean striker was absent because he was receiving medical treatment inside the Catalan building.
Now the fans of Barcelona can feel relieved because Lionel Messi’s name is included in the squad that is going to visit Osasuna on Saturday for a Spanish La Liga fixture. 18 of the Barcelona first team players along with a B team Thiago Alacantara are going
to be the 19 people visiting Osasuna.
The squad is going to have a training session on Saturday morning and Lionel Messi is going to be a part of it. 19 people trained including Lionel Messi, the recently recovered Gabriel Milito and the Barcelona B team youngster Thiago. Even though the Argentinean
centre back Gabriel Milito was seen on the pitch while training but he will not to be a part of the game taking place in Pamplona because it was seen that he did not recover fully from the injury that he got early last month.
Training started off with the squad congratulating David Villa on his birthday as the Spaniard made his way to the training pitch. The Spanish striker who managed to score twice against Real Madrid on Monday 29th November has now turned 29 years
old and it is going to be a special day for him while playing on his birthday for his dream club.
The squad is going to be travelling to Pamplona on Saturday morning as they are going to be leaving their home ground the Nou Camp for Osasuna’s home ground in the Navarra capital after catching a direct flight from El Prat.
