It is definitely not very easy to pick up extraordinary moments of one year, especially of a player who is full of individual brilliance.
Lionel Messi is definitely a player who cannot be compared with any other at the moment. Of course there are some that come a little close but don’t fall in the same league.
Following are the 12 unforgettable moments of “Leo” in the year 2010:
10th January 2010:
Barcelona was to face Tenerife in a Spanish La Liga fixture. The match was labelled as the one that could turn the tides for the La Blaugrana. However, with Lionel Messi in the squad, no one can expect Barcelona to fall. The Catalan Giants won the game 0-5
while being away from and the Argentinean maestro scored a hat-trick. His second goal was considered to be the best as he chipped the ball over the goalkeeper.
16th January 2010:
Lionel Messi scored the 110th goal for Barcelona at the age of 23. This was for the first time that a player this young scored so many goals for Barcelona.
14th March 2010:
Barcelona were to face http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 in the Nou Camp, one of the only few teams that were expected to give the Spanish Champions a tough time. However, Lionel Messi scored a hat trick with all the three goals coming in the second half and helped Barcelona take

10th April 2010:

On this particular date, Lionel Messi was confirmed as the UEFA Champions League highest goal scorer as he found the back of the net 8 times during the competition.
21st August 2010:
Barcelona lost their first Spanish Super Cup final leg to Sevilla. However, with the return leg being played in the Nou Camp, Lionel Messi scored a hat trick to make sure that he helps the team win the title.
30th September 2010:

the score board, he still assisted two goals as the Catalan Giants won the game 5-0 at the Nou Camp.
