After Lions staggered a massive score of 348 in their first innings, they had gained an upper hand in the match, as their bowlers rallied a stiff onslaught, bowling-out Knight’s eight batsmen by the end of the second day.
It was a crucial situation for Knights, but with more than half of their batting line-up dismantled they did not have much to look forward to today.
However, the batting pair led their side to 290, before http://www.senore.com/Cricket/R-McLaren-c2232 was dismissed by Kruger, after hammering an inspiring knock of 63 runs. Three runs later, they declared their innings.
GJP Kruger, from Lions was phenomenal with his six-wicket haul which played a critical role in helping his side demolish Knights in the first innings.
The Lions had a shaky start to their second innings, losing their first wicket with only a run on the board.

The two batsmen gave fans some memorable moments by executing meritorious shots all around the park to keep the fielders busy.
This partnership certainly triggered panic in the fielding camp, with the bowlers growing impatient.

Then with 150 runs on the board, the Lions lost their fourth wicket of the day with the departure of Z de Bruyn, who struggled during his five-run knock.
