Lips too big, surgery (guy)?

Question

I have a big bottom lip and it really bugs me, so h'm always sucking it up to hide it. Is it possible to get surgery to make it smaller? If so, would it cost a lot? I'm a 17 year old guy btw

It is entirely possible that you are still growing - thus most doctors will likely wait until a few years. Except for those who are about the money.

If you want opinions about your lip - why don't you ask those around you / friends/ family / young lady friends etc. How do you know that others agree with your opinion - you believe it is to big - but why? How do you know that the woman you met that may become your wife - she might prefer your lips they way they are. Just a thought - you never know.

It is probably possible, but I can't imagine it would be worth it, and it will absolutely be costly. Most insurance companies won't cover it because it's cosmetic.

yea you can get surgery , but why would you want to. big lips are hot!!!!!!!!!! and plus you should be happy how god made you.

I agree with Robert F that it is likely you are still growing, so try not to stress about it (easier said than done I know!)

Women like full lips on men, it's much more attractive than thin lips. So why don't you wait a few years... until you've dated a few more girls... I bet you'll feel differently then, but if you find that it still really bothers you then you can approach your doctor for advice.

p.s. alot of girls like men with big lips it just feels better and for some reason more comforting.
