I need 1200/600mg cal-mag daily. I bought liquid cal-mag by Kal. Each TBSP has 600mg calcium/ 300mg magnesium/300mg phosphorous/300 IU vit.D. The company doesn't want you to take more than one tbsp a day. Am I getting enough calcium? Is liquid utilized more efficiently than tables? I can't take pills. The calcium in this product is calcium citrate, phosphate, gluconate and lactate. I get very little calcium in my diet.

  1. Does the label actually SAY don't take more than 1 TBspn??  It makes no difference if it's liquid.  Only faster absorption. What you see is what you get.  Go ahead and take 2 tblspns to get your 1200mg. by recommending only 1tblspn Kal is assuming you will get calcium from other sources but there is no reason you can't take 2 tblspns
