  1. bottom eyelid, try not to get in your eyes...and uhh...idk.

  2. hey!

Practice makes perfect and a steady hand helps :)

    Xx

  3. Personally what I do is use a pencil first, then trace it with liquid liner.

  4. you just need a steady hand....

  5. Best way is to put a mirror on a table this lets you steady your arm by resting your elbow it on the table your find it easier to apply it then. also if you keep both your eyes open when applying helps to make sure you get both eyes even. Hope this helps

  6. The way to apply eyeliner without looking like you have so much on is by starting at the inner end of your eyelid and going towards the end of your eyelid. Stay as close to your eyelid (where the roots of your eyelashes are) -- I do this by keeping my eye closed.

Then it you think  the liner looks too think take a Q-tip and dampen one end of it with some water. Remove some excess liner with the damp edge and dry your eyelid with the dry edge.

I like Revlon's Liquid Eyeliner. It comes with a wand that has a really thin edge. But if you already have some then just invest in a really good eyeliner brush (you can get a really good one from Sephora or Sephora.com)

  7. steady hand, pull your eye tight to get a smooth and even line.

  8. dont make it too thick! it makes you look weird...unless you are goth, emo, scene

  9. make sure you have a good liquid eyeliner with a short, thick brush.

if you can lean your elbow on a hard surface eg. a desk or chest of drawers infront of the mirror that will help keep your hand steady.

also, apply a light, thin line and just gradually make it thicker until you are satisfied.

plus close your eyes for a minute once youve applied it to stop it from smudging all over your eyelid!

oh and dont stretch your eyelid outwards when you apply it, this will just create wobbly lines and creases, and wrinkles!

  10. Ive Been Wearing It For 3 Years =]

You Just Close Your Eye And Apply On The Top Lid And Flick It Out

Then Open You Eye And Apply On The Bottom Lid As Carful As Possible So You Dont Make It Too Thick:D

  11. only put it on the top lash and i find it esier to put on if my eye is open

  12. please stretch your eyelid sideways while applying it. then even if ur hand is not steady it will give clean line.

  13. Try doing small strokes and work yourway across slowly rather than doing it in 1 stroke.

If you have trouble with liquid eye liners you could try using a gel liner with a brush. Never personally tried it but they are suppose to be better and easier to use because its smoother than liquid

  14. First check out youtube or video jug and watch some videos to get an idea

You are going to need lots of practice before you perfect liquid eyeliner, so sit yourself down with a mirror and don't be dispointed if you look like a comlete idiot the first time you try.

ou have to select the right liquid eyeliner. I would advise not to get one that is like a pen because these are amazingly difficult to apply (i have one from boots 17 range and it is so awkward as it pulls on your skin. I would definatly advise to get a liquid eyeliner with a brush. The E.L.F. one is good as it s £1.50 and it is waterproof and smudge proof. I have it in plum and it looks so nice. I also have the black natural collection one that was £1.99. it comes with a very good quantity for your money and the brush is good.

What i worked out though was that when you start out a glittery liquid eyeliner is good as if the line is quite wabbley it is not very noticable. I would go for Primark's opia £1. As the glitter is quite sparse and when you get better move on to a solid colour or collection 2000 which is about £2.49. As it has much denser glitter and a colour base as well so it is much more niticable.

When you start sit at a hard surface with a mirror in front of you. rest your elbow on th table and steady your arm by crossing your other arm over it. (this might not work for you but i randomly discovered this helped me acheive a perfect line the other day)

Many of the videos will tell you to do it with your eye closed but personally if i do this i get a rubbis result as there will always end up being a line between your lashes and the liner.

I prefer doing it with my eye open (you can see what you are doing better) it helps you apply it really close to the lash line. I always start in the middle where the line should be the thickest and then drag it to the outer corner of my eye. (where you can do the opptional flicks) then when there is less liquid on the brush i will go back to the inner corner and connect the line. I only apply it to the top lid, then i use pencilfor the bottom, cos it doesn't matter if you get pencil in the waterline whereas liquid hurts.

When i do my left eye i just change the angle of the brush and do the same. (this is where i have to use my other arm to steady myself.

Also if i use a solid colour sometimes it looks nice if iapply it and then quickly take it of because some of it will be left in the lashline making it look really defined but without it looking heavy, for a more natural look.

    i hoped this helped

  15. Look straight into a mirror and hold your hand steady. Make sure you stretch the skin around your eyes for easier application. I usually finish with a flick on top, as it looks really nice and like you can apply it perfectly, and for the bottom - just try to pull the skin down around the eye, so you don't get any in your eye and always make sure for both top and bottom, you apply the eyeliner just above or below the eyelashes, so you don't just end up with a silly line on your eyes!

    Hope I helped. x

  16. If you go on you-tube there are loads of videos showing you how to apply it...............!!!

-if youuu mess up, use a q-tip and water. it comess of super easily if you mess up or want to make thee line thinner(:
