Liquid Laundry detergent wont come out of carpet!

I accident'ly tipped over an open container of liquid detegent and cannot get access or buy a wet vac. Plz help! Its a big mess!

Keep wetting it and sopping it up with a towel. Wet, sop, wring, again and again until all traces of the soap are gone. This is a slow process, but it works.
