How much weight would you lose in 2 days if you ate nothing but just drank water and juice?

  1. Absolutely not a good idea.  Ruining the inner lining of your stomach.  Not worth it.  Go on the GM diet.  Its good.  


  2. well you would lose more if you cut the liquids as opposed to the solids

  4. Depending on the types of juice and the amount each you consume, you might actually gain weight.  It is not a question of eating, just how  much you eat in conjunction with your level of activity or inactivity.

  5. you need to eat solids. try replacing any snacks with fruit because they are mostly water.

  6. you will lose about 4 pounds but you will gain it straight back and i should no, but I'm just uploading this diet to you tube which you lose like 20 pounds in 3 weeks, my friends mum did it and she lost loads.

    its still uploading at the moment but you can click on the link in about 5 minutes and then see it, you will lose loads and it will stay off for ages.

    and also the water and juice fasts make you really ill after because when i started eating normal foods again i was fainting and being sick all the time for the next 4 days. x

  7. i would say around 3 lbs..depends largely,however on the persons metabolism and activity..because i remember doing that just for a day,it felt like the day seems so long (since i already wanted it to end..i lost 2lbs..but its not healthy, and i end up binging afterwards

  9. you would prob loose weight yeah but you would be starving!!! i loose weight by eating 2 wheatabix with warm milk in the morning, drink lots of water all day and have wheatabix again 4 tea! not the nicest of diets, also eat really slow seems to fill you up quicker!! this works for me! x*x
