Liquid eyeliner for fair skin/blue eyes?

i really want to try liquid eyeliner, but im not sure what shade or brand is the best to get for my fair skin and my blue eyes. help..?

try a chocolate brown, but don't go too thick.

it depends on your hair color. if you have blond hair id go with brown.
