  1. it took me a long time to get it rite even sometimes i mess up but umm hold ur eyelid taut like chines (no offense) then apply eyeliner make sure ur stable and ur hand is laying on a flat surface and apply it as close to ur eyelashes as posibble good luck it takes a while i dont blame u  or if u absolutely cant get it maybe u should try gel it almost looks the same

  2. on youtube i saw a beauty video of how to put make up on and the lady used a little bit of eyeshadow and put on top of her hand and mixed with some water and it becomes smooth and she used it as eyeliner

  3. honestly, the only thing you can do is practice!! keep qtips and makeup remover handy for smudges and when the line is too thick. and although you can try your best to make them the same..it usually never is..so as long as they are close..its fine.

theyre supposed to be sisters not twins. i cant remember who i heard tht from. lol but i think its true.

  4. ok.. first of all you have to find out the shape of your eye because there is a unique way to put on eyeliner in each type of eye. After you find out what type of eye liner will look good on you then try to practice it at home when your bored and have nothing to do, for this you might be needing some patience. And remember that practice makes perfect and make sure you always concentrate on it and don't take your mind of it while putting it on..

    I hoped i helped ..

  5. Use the crayon eyeliner, that way you don't have to deal with always sharpening it like you do with  the pencil but you also don't have to deal with the crappy texture of liquid

get Revlon the one that last up to 16 hours (:

  6. Try using the ones that are like felt-tip pens.  Wiping off the excess is a good tip.  Work from the middle of the eye to the outer eye.  It tends to look too heavy if you put it on starting at the very corner of the inner eyelid (unless you can do a VERY fine, precise line).  The line can get thicker towards the outer eye but should start out almost imperceptibly thin.  Also, the best advice I think I ever got about liquid eyeliner is that it is easier to draw a consistent, smooth line if you do it with a relatively dry brush or pen, in short, quick strokes, rather than trying to do one complete sweep.

I love liquid eyeliner but it does take some practice!

  7. after you apply it try taking some off with a q-tip

  8. Put the eyeliner on as messy a you want at first

then.. use an eye shaddow brush or tissue and wipe what you don't want on off.

    ;)

  9. try this link to learn about it

  10. i have one word for you..

    practice.

a trick i use is before you put it on, wipe it a little bit on some tissue paper, so its not so thick.

dont close your eyes and stretch your skin.

its first bad for it, and harder to put it on.

just follow your lash line and start from the outter corner.

i never worry about messing up because i always touch it up with a qtip.

  11. just practice it will get easier!
