can any one tell me or show me a link to a video showing how to put liquid eyeliner on your bottom eyelashes

irs not generally used for the bottome lashes just on the top. if u want to also line ur lower alshes use a pencil

You just push them upwards a little with your finger, draw a line under them, as close to them as possible, then neaten it up with a damp q-tip :]
