how do you make liquid ice i think its pretty cool

  1. Not possible. There are four states of matter:

    Solids (Ice),

    Liquids (Water),

    Gases (steam),

    and Plasmas.

    Ice is a solid, so you cannot have liquid Ice. Liquid Ice would simply be water, which is not Ice.


  2. this occurred in the video because it wasnt just regular water, it had sodium acetate in it, which when the suface is broken causes the water to supercool, making it freeze when poured

    Sodium acetate is not expensive, and can be bought at a local science store.

  3. Many times a word is used for something that is not really accurate.  For instance, if you put a lot of salt into water it won't freeze until it is way below zero C (32 F)  It that case you might call it liquid ice because it is really, really cold - like ice and yet a liquid.
