Liquid shredder?

what do you think about the liquid shredder pro 5'8? website is softsurfboards.com. also, i bought sth. from them off the internet and they never sent it!? what should i do?

Contact their customer service dept.  If they don't have one or don't respond in a satisfactory manner and you paid using a credit card or paypal you can contact them to get the funds back.  

As far as liquid shredder boards go can't say that I would recommend it.  INT soft boards are okay, my daughter rode on for the first few years she surfed.

Kim_Dude covered the board issue pretty well.  I looked at them myself, but was leary.

I have had quite a few problems with internet merchants this year, so trust me, I know how you feel!  I am assuming you paid with a credit card. Send an e-mail to the www.softsurfboards.com site with a date for them to respond to you.  State that you will dispute the charge if they do not resolve the issue by that time.  And, do so!

If you paid by PayPal, they have their own dispute console within their website.  If that doesn't get you anywhere (they tend to side with the merchant more often than I'd like), then hopefully you used a credit card Within your pay pal account.  You can then still dispute the charge.

If you used a debit card, call SoftSurfboards.  If they won't give you an answer right then & there as to when you'll get your board, go to your bank and ask for a temp. credit to your account and file a "Reg. E" (I believe it's called...) complaint for the charge.
