Liquidation ? Does it effect child support ?

Hi there.

Just wondering, my husband & I split up a year & a half ago, we have, well he has now the building business.

He told me a few days ago that he will have to go into liguidation.

I am wondering, how this will effect the child support ?

He will still have to pay what ever amount he was ordered by the court.  If he takes you to court for a reduction due to lack of income, that is the only time that it will reduce you income.  You will need to be notified if that happens, so don't worry until then.  Should he not pay you can take him to court.
