  1. Don't get ya, mate.  Obviously cash flow is crucial, but.....

  2. I think liquidity for business success is not right. As liquidity is referred to failed in business operation, mostly are in debt or losing money. There are more than 80% of Hong Kong present business are fall under the following categories.

    1) Already totally bankrupt (more than 30%) in terms owning rents and debt. Their assets are awaiting the court order and all items are liquidated.

    2) Owing debts and keep on losing money on a monthly basis (30%), usually ranging from 10k to one million HK dollars per month. They are actively seeking buyers to take over their piece of sticky sh it.

    3) Merely making even (10-20%) for paying the over priced rents, probably making two meals a day. Those Hong Kong business operators are keep on bitching every day as if why the hack they run a d**n business for.

Liquidity is a big and inclusive word in economics and business. You can see actually 90% of Hong Kong small business are in the above-described situations. Many wise senior citizens keep on mentioning about the most honest words of "Only peoples whose brains grow on their butts would run a business in Hong Kong. However, the following article provides a reasonable explanation why and how so many citizens in Hong Kong with a stupid intent (the article described most Hong Kong peoples think only do business can get rich soon) of running a business. As a matter of fact, most of the small business operators are either become flat broke, in debt and killed by loan sharks (under world controlled loan companies), and many committed suicides. You idea is quite smart as just selling coffins during the slaugtering in a gun fight between two gangs. I guess you probably want to get the liquidated items for a cheap price and resell it at a much higher market price then huge profit will be making. You should consider the renting and other over heads in operating a business.
