I am wondering if shampoo + conditioner count?

Also does face cleanser (face wash) count??

Yes those count. bring that in those 3 oz bottles that you can get at almost any store. Just look for the travel size area. Put these bottles in a quart size baggie and be prepared to take it out of your carry-on and put in there security bins. Thats it.

all of those items count as liquids.

if i may help, don't bring any toiletries with you on your carry-on.

make sure to place your toiletry bag with your luggage and in a zip-lock baggie.

Yes, those count, because they are considered 'gels'...

Face cleanser counts also.
