Liquids restriction for the flight?

if the label shows 3 fl oz, will they allow me to carry on board?

Should we read the ounce and fl oz as the same or different?

Ounce and fluid ounce are the same thing in this case.  

Remember, your 3 oz. containers must be put into a separate one-quart ziplock bag.

Correct, if the label says 3 fl oz they will let you take it.

But it has to be in a zip lock bag, quart size i think.

Don't worry about anything other than the label on the

front of the container of whatever your looking at.

At the front it will say at the bottom how many fl oz.

That's what you want to care about.
