Lisp / tongue reduction cost

Question

Is there anyone who has had a tongue reduction surgery? How much might I expect this to cost? I am searching for a doctor who can help me with this type of procedure because I have a moderate lisp.

I don't know if this is helpful, but I used to have a very strong lisp; I fixed the problem by recording myself talking and modifying the way I spoke until the recordings sounded normal. It took some time, but I don't lisp anymore.
