That'd be very difficult, since different cultures eat different animals. There are also different definitions of what constitutes red meat.

Culinarily speaking, meat is "red" when it is dark in color. Adult mammals are almost always considered "red meat." (Beef, for example, is red meat, but veal can be called white meat. Same animal, different age.) Usually, non-domestic animals are referred to as "game" in culinary discussions.

When nutritionists refer to red meat, they are speaking of the flesh of any mammal, no matter what its age, size, or the color of its flesh.

Fun fact: something called myoglobin determines the color of an animal's flesh.

That being said, the main ones are: beef, veal, pork (yes, pork), lamb, mutton. I suppose dog, cat, and human would also all be considered red meats. Zebra, bison, venison, boar, monkey, warthog, rodents of any kind, bat, caribou, moose, kangaroo, antelope, elk, llama, and yak are also red meats, though they're usually not available in your grocery store.
