It's important not to conflate culture with goods produced (i.e. music, art, customs, beliefs, etc.), but recognize that it's the mindset behind these "productions."  With that in mind anything and everything represents culture!  Even our own analysis of what "culture" is is a "cultural artifact."  It's a little unnerving to think that we interpret everything through a cultural lens, leaving us in some kind of world of amorphous relativity, but its only through one's cultural mindset that we give the world meaning.
