Could help by giving tips on how to play all the way to listing clubs that play volleyball in your region. i would have to say that www.bodybuilding.com's articles are on vertical jumping and obtaining it is one of the best sites out there. and about.com's volleyball section is quite detailed with information.

Is a good site for listing tons of ball available all over the country.  Pretty comprehensive, but would recommend USAV regional websites local for more specific details.
