List of Vets that specialise in cutting birds nails in Brisbane

Question

So I'm looking for a vet that comes to the house and does the birds claws. I have a cockatoo and I don't want to take him out of the house. Somewhere on the southeast of brisbane would be great, also if it could be a female it would be even better as my cockatoo doesn't like males very much, actually he doesn't like any new people but he has less of a spazz around females. Thanks

Call a pet store that specialises in birds. They should be able to give you a name of someone. It will not be a vet I doubt as it tends to be others that would do that. But I didn't believe you had to cut their nails. The branches should be enough to keep them short

The vet might not come to you, but any good bird vet should be able to advise you on a safe, effective and low-stress way to transport the cocky to the vet.

I don't know if any got you, it would be a rarity. You may have to take your cocky to the vet.
