Zihua.net and Ixtapa.net have a wealth of information on many things including restaurants.  Believe it or not Carlos 'n Charlies in Ixtapa serves a fabulous mango mahi mahi.  For something more fancy you can go to www.lacasaquecanta.com espectacular oceanview overlooking Zihua bay. You are on a cliff.  This place is a hotel and also a restaurant.  Very fanciful foods.   This is the place to go to impress your loved one. Meals and drinks were about $90 USD.

El Faro Restaurant has great food too.  This overlooks the city of Ixtapa.  Great deserts.  By the way, both are great bars.
