List of low volatile stocks?

Can anyone point me in the direction of somewhat complete and up-to-date lists of:

a) Closed-end bond funds

b) Closed-end stock funds

c) Real estate investment trusts

d) Utilities

that trade on either NYSE or AMEX? Or does anyone know of a site that lists low-volatile stocks?

Yahoo finance java stock screener will screen for REITs and utilities if they ever get it fixed.  It does not work currently.

I regret I can not help you on this one other than that I know that the lowest volatily stocks are preferred stocks and I do know a site that lists these.
