List of my budgies problems?

My budgie (Polo) boy and girl (Kiwi) well, Polo likes me he plays I let him loose once he was very happy but since that day the girl Kiwi won't let him come out she sees my hand and runs near him to fight me but she's afraid of me. I also want to know how I can train them to like me I know how to tame them or at least Polo.And if you have any ideas on homemade items or toys example: homemade perch, homemade swings,home made yes I said it they have these Harnesses/leashes.

It takes a while to earn their trust. Boy budgies seem to be easier to handle, more easy going. Have you had their wings clipped? This takes away their ability to fly away (and get hurt) and makes them more dependant on you. (I wouldnt suggest you do this yourself. One wrong snip, and they could bleed to death) You could also try leaving the cage door open an hour or two a day (when you are there). Dont put your hand in the cage, unless you are cleaning cage/changing seed. Once they know that their cage is a "safe place," they'll trust you more. Try singing, talking to them, too. Let the female come to you on her terms. It will be well worth the efforts on your parts.
