I have searched everything I can think of and can't find a list for your area.  I live near Washington DC USA and here, a list has been published many times in the Washington Post (largest newspaper here) so I'm assuming maybe a large newspaper would publish a list... and/or you could call the Food Editor and inquire about how to get the list.  Maybe London Times?

I think most of these are sponsored by S Pellegrino (sp?) that make the really expensive water... no matter what country it's in.  Here it's called "Dining Out" and the proceeds go to the local food banks, SOS (Share Our Strength) and Harvest... so I'm assuming that's the same sort of list you're looking for in your area... where participating restaurants have a prix fixe meal and donate proceeds to the programs.

A local food bank might also have a list... not sure.... but I wish you great luck in finding it!  Sorry I wasn't of more help...
