List of places which have implemented Emissions Trading?

Question

Does anyone have a list of places which have implemented Emissions Trading schemes of some sort?

I'm after countries, but it'd be good to also have countries where states have implemented ETS, IE the US.

US: NOx emissions (first in the world) and SOx

US: VOc emissions in Illinois

UK: UK ETS (first CO2 emission trading)

EU: EU ETS (CO2)

Just started: RGGI (Northeastern US states) (CO2)

In planning with advanced details:

- California and Western states: WCI (Western climate initiative) + Canadian provinces

- Australia

- New zealand

Planned without details:

- Japan

Thinking about perhaps establishing a CO2ETS:

-Korea

- Singapore

In Canada, the province of British Columbia has started collecting a carbon tax.  Quebec will soon, and Ontario is following them.  All liberal governments.  The EU is involved in it, and Australia is jumping aboard.

New Zealand has an Emissions Trading Bill before Parliament at the moment.
